Thanks to the recess for tiltingall, the entire basin content ends up in the hopper, without any need to require special caution. A hopper is an ideal complement for filling the press over basins through the lid of the basket. However, stainless steel hoppers can be also used on destemmers, grape curshers or in variable grape processing systems. The customized design allows a precise adaption of the opening, the inclination of the hopper and the dimensions of the frame to the target application.
