A hopper with a screw feeds the grapes more continuously into the machine. The rubberized destemming finger and the deburred plastic basket rotate in the same direction. A cutting of the grapes is hereby avoided and there is a very low juice leakage. The rotational speed can be adapted to crop thanks to the frequency converter, in this way an optimal result is achieved.The design completely in stainless steel, as well as the disassembly of spindle and basket without tools,  make it easy to clean the Flath-destemmer.
